Privacy and Security
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what Luxe Outfits collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. Shoppers do not need an account, so we collect very little about you.
Information we collect
- If you only browse and shop: we do not ask for your name or email. Your saved looks and the creators you follow are stored on your own device (in your browser), not on our servers.
- If you contact us: the name, email address and message you send in the contact form.
- If you apply as a creator: your name, email, country, language, social media handle and how you heard about us.
- If you are an approved creator: your sign in email, an encrypted password, your profile details (name, bio, logo) and the looks you upload.
- Technical data: basic visit data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through standard web analytics and server logs.
How we use it
- To run the site, show looks and keep it secure.
- To review creator applications and manage creator accounts.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Cookies and similar technology
We use a small sign in cookie for approved creators so they stay signed in. Your browser also stores your saved looks and follows locally. Analytics tools may set their own cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as creator sign in, will not work without them.
Amazon and third parties
When you tap a product, you leave Luxe Outfits and go to Amazon. Amazon has its own privacy policy and sets its own cookies. Amazon uses a tracking tag in our links so that purchases made through them can be credited to us. We never see your Amazon account or payment details.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting and email), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.
Security
Creator passwords are stored in encrypted form and creator sessions use signed cookies. The site runs over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
How long we keep data
We keep creator and contact data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete it or remove personal details.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to remove your creator page and looks. Contact us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy laws.
Children
Luxe Outfits is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
